Tasha started her journey in the health and fitness industry after struggling with her own weight issues. She hired a local trainer and after seeing amazing results in such a short time she became passionate about wanting to help others achieve the same success. Tasha studied and achieved her National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification and began training in 2008. She challenged herself in 2012 to do a bodybuilding competition and went on to coach other women to reach their goals of walking across the stage.
Bodybuilding isn't for everyone, but if it's something you're thinking about doing, Tasha not only transforms your body, but transforms and strengthens your mind to love and accept your best self! In 2016, Tasha won the open title, classic title and overall title in the Musclemainia Natural Figure Competition.
She's passionate about empowering women to believe in themselves. Her studio was created to give a private comfortable environment that women can come to feel safe and not judged. "My hope is you leave here feeling motivated, encouraged, strong, beautiful and ready to take on the day!"
Tasha loves the Lord, is a happy wife, loves to brag on her 3 amazing children, sings at Church Unlimited and enjoys spending time with her friends!

She worked as a trainer at Platypus Fitness Center for 4.5 years with her first client being 80 years young! That initial experience sparked her passion for seniors with a focus on balance and gait training, injury and fall prevention, joint replacement surgery preparation and recovery.
